“For the past 4 years, I have published a picture every few days on my Instagram account, documenting my daily activities in the garden.
Chopping wood with an axe and billhook in winter, making faggots, sowing vegetables in the Spring, cutting grass and harvesting cereals in the Summer, and sowing cereals, collecting nuts in the Autumn. 
This book is basically a collection of these drawings (re-drawn to help them fit on a printed page). There is at least one drawing for each day, and each drawing is dated.”
